These pieces were assignments I had to do on the School of Applied Arts. The technique is called interpretation of black. In these exercises, I received papers with a black shape on which only the contour of the black shape was visible. The goal of these assignments was to fill in the black space with a relevant and attractive-designed engraving that fits the shape.

In the pictures, the final result of the assignments that I engraved during my training in the School of Applied Arts in Switzerland is shown. This technique was taught to me for the development of my creative skills to be able to decorate any object, such as a movement of a watch or other jewellery.
