As engraver, I am able to write different typographies that are well-constructed and harmonious. These writings can be engraved on projects such as wedding rings, bracelets for new-borns, and many others.

During my training I learned how to engrave the sans-serif letter, which is a really basic letter without the serif. Furthermore, I learned the Roman letter, which is recognizable because of the contrast between thick and thin lines, but also because of its triangular finish. Another letter I learned is the English letter, which has an elegant shape and is written in a tilted manner.

Creating monograms is a skill that I learned. These creations are mostly practiced on signet rings. In the picture below, the monogram is relatively simple. However, the goal for a signet ring is to create a combination of letters, to engrave them deeply, and in mirror. This is for the reason that these rings were used for sealing envelops in the past. Commonly, family coat of arms are engraved on signet rings.
